Custom Mini Canvases

Canvasography is proud to offer custom, hand-painted mini canvases in the following sizes:

  • 3 by 3 inches: This size is perfect for capturing the essence of a single portrait photo. It is an excellent choice for those looking to display their artwork in smaller spaces, such as office desks or personal art collections.
  • 6 by 6 inches: This size allows for a greater level of detail and is suitable for both single and dual portrait photos. It is an ideal option for showcasing artwork in more prominent areas such as living rooms, offices, or gallery spaces.

Order Process

To place an order, customers must submit a digital photo or image of their choice. The quality and resolution of the submitted image directly impact the final painting’s outcome. To achieve the best possible results, we strongly recommend that customers provide high-resolution images. Once we receive your order, our team of talented artists will begin the process of creating your personalized mini canvas artwork.

Canvasography is not responsible for any issues that arise due to low-quality images that may negatively impact the final artwork.

Image Licensing and Rights

You affirm that you possess the necessary rights to use and submit the images for reproduction in your custom artwork. By submitting an image, you grant Canvasography a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the provided photo solely for the purpose of creating your custom painting.

Canvasography may retain and store these images for internal purposes such as quality assurance, future reference, and record-keeping. However, we will not use your submitted images for any other purpose beyond the creation of your custom artwork without your explicit permission.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Canvasography accepts a variety of payment methods, including but not limited to credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as electronic payment options such as PayPal. Payment is required at the time of purchase, and no orders will be processed until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

All prices listed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD). Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties associated with their purchase.

5. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed mini canvases unless the item arrives damaged or the order was incorrectly fulfilled.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your package to initiate the return or replacement process. Canvasography reserves the right to request photographic evidence of any damages before proceeding with a refund or replacement. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Canvasography makes every reasonable effort to ensure that products are of high quality and delivered on time. However, our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product(s) ordered. Under no circumstances shall Canvasography be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our website, services, or products.

7. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND FULFILLMENT

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours after being placed. Given the hand-painted nature of our products, we aim to complete and ship each order within 7 business days. However, this timeline may be subject to change depending on order volume.

Potential Shipping Delays

Occasionally, order fulfillment may be delayed due to peak seasons, promotional events, or unforeseen logistical issues. Customers will be notified in the event of significant delays.

International Shipping

Canvasography ships internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country of residence.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
